Job Description
Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time Pediatric Neurologist to enhance our expanding Pediatric Subspecialty Division. This position is based at our facility located in Detroit, MI .
This role is an employed opportunity that comprises roughly 90% clinical responsibilities and 10% dedicated to teaching Pediatric Residents and Medical Students.
The responsibilities will include a combination of outpatient consultations and ongoing neurology care , along with shared inpatient consult coverage on a rotating schedule. Our division addresses a diverse array of neurological conditions.
You will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that includes Pediatric Neurologists and Pediatric Nurses, all committed to providing comprehensive care for our young patients. The outpatient clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM .
We encourage and provide opportunities for clinical research, quality improvement initiatives, and academic scholarship . A faculty appointment through a partnered medical school is available for eligible candidates.

Completion of an accredited Pediatric Residency and a Pediatric Neurology Fellowship .
Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Neurology.
A demonstrated interest or experience in teaching residents and medical students is highly valued.
Experience or interest in clinical research, quality improvement projects, or developing subspecialty programs is advantageous.
