Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time USA Benefits & Payroll Administrator will manage end-to-end payroll and benefits administration for multiple US-based entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Process and manage full-cycle payroll, including regular and off-cycle runs, while ensuring accurate calculations and compliance with multi-state regulations Administer all US employee benefit programs, managing the full benefits lifecycle and leading annual open enrollment activities Oversee leave of absence management in compliance with relevant laws, serving as the primary contact for employees and coordinating related processes Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in US payroll processing and benefits administration in a multi-state, multi-entity environment Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll tax regulations and benefits compliance, including ERISA, ACA, and FMLA Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms such as ADP, Paylocity, or similar Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
