Construction Manager – Full Time

We are looking to hire a reliable, motivated Full-Time Handyman & Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate day-to-day work across multiple residential renovation projects in Brooklyn. The ideal candidate is bilingual, organized, hands-on, and able to manage both fieldwork and office responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction activity across multiple job sites
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and scheduling
• Perform minor hands-on tasks as needed (basic plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.)
• Handle job-related paperwork, emails, and phone communication
• Maintain project logs, progress reports, and update the office regularly
• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and running smoothly
• Work closely with ownership to maintain timelines and quality

Requirements:

• Full-time availability (Monday–Friday, weekends as needed)
• Must speak English and Spanish
• Must drive and have a valid driver’s license
• Experience in construction management or related field preferred
• Handy with minor plumbing, electrical, and painting
• Comfortable using a computer, email, and digital project tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced project demands
