• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including project managers, business owners, technology teams, training leads, communications partners, and operational stakeholders to support smooth change adoption.
• Assist with tracking change management tasks, deliverables, risks, and adoption activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and business readiness goals.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable messages for different audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, track deliverables, and support project deadlines.
• Experience documenting processes, requirements, issues, risks, actions, and decisions in a structured and professional manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build effective relationships with business and technology stakeholders.

• Experience supporting change management activities for systems implementations, process transformations, data governance initiatives, billing or finance operations, or operational improvement projects.
• Experience creating communications plans, stakeholder impact assessments, readiness assessments, training plans, or adoption tracking materials.
