Job Description

Our client, a fashion company, is looking for a Brand Creative Project Manager to join their team on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities:

• Own timelines and project management for all e-commerce image output, ensuring imagery is delivered on schedule and meets established creative standards.
• Manage retouching workflows and deadlines across e-commerce/PDP imagery.
• Oversee the full post-production process from initial selects and retouching through final approved assets
• Manage timelines and workflow for AI-generated e-commerce imagery, ensuring assets move efficiently through creation, review, refinement, and final delivery.
• Track deliverables, approvals, feedback, and dependencies across internal teams and external partners.
• Proactively flag potential delays or bottlenecks and drive solutions to keep work on track.
• Maintain clear project trackers and communicate status, priorities, and next steps to relevant stakeholders
• Own project timelines for Fall video content from production through final delivery

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management experience within a creative, fashion, beauty, retail, or lifestyle environment.
• Strong experience managing high-volume creative production and post-production workflows.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and external partners simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce imagery, retouching, digital asset workflows, and video post-production.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to create clarity and momentum in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem solver who is comfortable identifying issues and driving projects toward resolution.
• Experience working with project management tools such as Asana is a plus
